📋 Description

• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team can actively
• Follow up that the team is actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns, and exchanges
