• Supporting the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to
• Representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and working with Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensuring customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that team can actively promote
• Following up on team's promotion of Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability
