Deployed Engineer - LATAM

📋 Description

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment to activation.
• Work with customers to identify high-impact use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams for smooth integration.
• Listen to customer feedback, advocate for the customers' needs with the rest of the team.
• Be the customer oracle - help set the product roadmap.
• Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, or work
• Self-directed by default; you don't need a manager to tell you what to do
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior engineers and executives
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
