Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery workshops translating objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Collaborate with IT/business stakeholders to define scope, data needs, and success criteria.
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured; coordinate with specialists.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards; validate outputs.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform, including data transformations and insights.
• Lead value-creation workshops and define measures to improve process efficiency and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in management/IT or process consulting; Senior DE 6+ yrs with leadership.
• Platform skills: Celonis data modeling, KPI definition, automation; SQL, PQL, Python.
• AI fluency: ability to write specs, evaluate AI outputs; prompt engineering a plus.
• Domain & ERP: strong enterprise process knowledge; SAP/Oracle a plus.
• Consulting skills: run workshops, present findings, manage stakeholders.
• Language & travel: English required; travel up to 50%.
