Work with internal teams to become expert on deployment products and roadmap
Deploy and validate cloud-connected devices, ensuring value in customer ecosystems
Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests
Track and manage enterprise deployment projects for successful delivery
Develop deployment docs and SOPs to ensure proper usage

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience supporting cloud connected devices
Experience with WiFi networking required
Familiarity with cloud applications
Familiarity with Linux OS
Familiarity with mechanical / robotic systems
Ability to travel 75% of the time
