Deployment Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead deployment of Agentic AI with NRO and NGA.
• Own end-to-end capture, deployment, and growth in IC programs.
• This is not a sales role; it's a full-spectrum capture and rollout.
• Build trusted SES-level sponsor relationships and program support.
• Navigate NGA BAAs, NRO OTAs, and IC program vehicles.
• Translate operational needs into buildable specs for Scale's engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IC capture or enterprise tech sales with NRO/NGA.
• Closed IC contracts >$25M.
• GEOINT domain fluency; overhead collection and ISR pipelines.
• Direct NGA BAAs, IC OTAs, and NRO acquisition vehicles.
• Active SES-level sponsors and mission-area leads network.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; Full Scope Poly preferred.
• BS/BA required; technical degree, MS, or MBA preferred.
• Based in NCR; 20–30% travel.
