• Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving platform adoption and long-term
• Serve as trusted advisor on compliance, investigations, risk, and supervisory needs.
• Deliver demonstrations, onboarding, and training for investigators and compliance teams.
• Explain blockchain concepts to diverse audiences clearly.
• Monitor engagement, identify adoption opportunities, and reduce churn risk.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing, compliance, or financial services roles; crypto/blockchain experience
• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, virtual assets, and analytics; willingness to deepen expertise.
• Excellent English; Polish is an advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex information for users and executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing customer relationships in dynamic environments.
