📋 Description

• Bridge customer business problems with Databricks solutions.
• Own non-technical lifecycle of FDE engagements: PRD, MVP, scope.
• Partner with Sales to build C-suite trust and map landscape.
• Define MVP for pilot, write PRD, and manage project to landing.
• Drive Agile execution and stakeholder communications from C-suite to engineers.
• Launch Day 0, drive adoption, capture feedback, prove value.

🎯 Requirements

• Executive presence with C-suite gravitas and strong communication
• Product strategy mindset with SWOT and competitive analysis
• Relentless, hands-on execution and escalation skills
• 2+ years as Deployment Strategist or 5+ years in senior product/delivery roles
• Proven skills in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI) and PRD writing
• Travel up to 50%
