📋 Description

• Bridge customer problems with Databricks solutions; own non-tech lifecycle.
• Partner with AEs to scope value, map landscape, define MVP for pilots.
• Define MVP, write PRD, guide engineering, manage project to landing.
• Lead with C-suite gravitas; blend product thinking with hands-on execution.
• Own end-to-end product ownership: PRD, backlog, scope, QA tester.
• Drive agile delivery and stakeholder communications; unblock issues.

• Executive presence with C-suite; superb communication; build rapport fast.
• Product & strategy mindset; SWOT, competitive landscape; define what to build.
• Relentless execution; hands-on; escalation to unblock issues.
• 2+ yrs deployment strategy or 2+ yrs at a growth startup; or 5+ yrs senior product.
• Value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), agile projects, PRDs.
• Travel up to 50% for engagements.
