📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end to end: identify use cases, terms, and close.
• Embed with strategic customers onsite, acting as a trusted partner and delivering outcomes.
• Identify high impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on deployment best practices for ElevenAgents: design, orchestration, production readiness.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles with GTM partners
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
