Deployment Strategist - Canada

📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate pain
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying use cases to structuring terms and driving them to
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products to maximize adoption and impact.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise experience
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and demo with
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of ownership of complex, ambiguous projects.
