Deployment Strategist, CSS

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end client outcomes for strategic accounts
• Lead AI deployment projects from kickoff through go-live
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders from end users to executives
• Drive product adoption through client education, workflow optimization, and proactive engagement
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
• Build systems and playbooks that scale the CSS function and Fathom

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, business ops, management consulting, investment banking, or Epic integrations
• Experience at a high-growth startup with multiple hats
• A track record owning complex client relationships
• Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication
• AI tools expertise (LLMs, automation) and healthcare background
