Deployment Strategist

📋 Description

• Scope customer solutions; partner with GTM and customers to scope AI data projects.
• Drive account growth with AI researchers and GTM leads; define growth plans.
• Lead customer implementations; assemble teams and coordinate delivery.
• Own customer integrations; roadmap expansions across platforms.
• Make delivery reliable; lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Shape the product; translate needs into requirements and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in PM, TPM, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar.
• Technical fluency: comfortable with SQL/Python; discuss with AI researchers.
• Ownership: thrive in ambiguity; strong written and verbal communication.
• Commercial judgment: weigh revenue upside vs delivery cost.
• Systems thinking: cross-functional PM; build repeatable systems.
• Communication: customer-focused with excellent written and verbal skills.
