🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing, compliance, investigative, or financial services roles (crypto/fintech
• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, virtual assets, and analytics; willingness to deepen.
• Excellent English; Polish a bonus.
• Proven ability to simplify complex tech for users and executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing customer relationships and consultative support in dynamic environments.
