Deployment Strategist, Public Sector (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Onboard and activate customer accounts across all TRM products with measurable hands-on-keyboard
• Use AI to build production customer success workflows that synthesize data from ChurnZero
• Define and track adoption benchmarks across the portfolio, including hands-on-keyboard usage
• Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts to deepen product usage and feed learnings
• Run executive business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders at
• Partner with Account Directors to enable renewals and expansion by providing account health

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles with proven accountability for GRR
• Domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber, national security, financial crime, or
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of shipping working v1s without waiting for perfect
• Production AI fluency with real, repeatable AI workflows that synthesize data from multiple sources
• High level of independence and ability to set your own agenda and operate without constant direction
• Strong executive presence to run QBRs with senior government or public sector stakeholders
