📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed with strategic customers; be a trusted partner and deliver outcomes onsite.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents; design, orchestration, readiness.
• Present results and future work to technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a technical role.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; simplify complex concepts.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
