📋 Description

• Attend and defend asbestos and silica depositions on behalf of clients, ensuring professional
• Conduct witness examinations as appropriate, using strong litigation skills to obtain relevant
• Prepare clear, accurate, comprehensive, and timely deposition summaries and reports that support
• Analyze deposition testimony to identify significant liability, causation, damages, and other
• Communicate deposition findings, case developments, and recommended follow-up actions to the
• Coordinate with attorneys and case teams regarding deposition strategy, witness testimony

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one of the following U.S. jurisdictions: California
• Prior deposition experience is required, including the ability to participate effectively in
• Experience in asbestos litigation, silica litigation, toxic torts, product liability, or other
• Defense-side deposition experience is highly desirable, particularly involving corporate
• Strong understanding of deposition procedures, litigation strategy, witness examination techniques
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to identify material
