📋 Description

• Manage performance and compliance for an assigned team, keeping workers' compensation matters
• Hold staff accountable to established procedures by monitoring adherence, addressing gaps, and
• Drive each task or action through to successful completion, as defined by the firm's conversion
• Use critical thinking to find bottlenecks, diagnose why tasks stall, and put practical fixes in
• Track team performance metrics, review trends, and coach staff to raise productivity and completion
• Partner with leadership to align team goals with firm-wide priorities and report on progress

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing teams, ideally in a process-driven or production environment
• Proven track record of performance management, including setting expectations, coaching, and
• Experience enforcing procedures, compliance standards, or quality controls
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze a process and
• A results-oriented mindset focused on moving tasks to completion
• Comfortable using data and metrics to measure performance and drive accountability
