Lead day-to-day accounting operations and support monthly/annual close
Oversee accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes
Drive finance transformation initiatives including automation and AI use cases
Manage accounting team activities, payment runs, and vendor master data
Ensure compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties
Review accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations
Prior experience as Accounting Manager or similar
Experience in international multi-entity environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and close processes
Experience with ERP and finance systems
Interest in automation and AI in finance
