📋 Description

• Lead selected strategic initiatives from business case development through implementation and
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align priorities, negotiate resources/timelines, and manage
• Oversee cross-functional data and analytics initiatives, including BigQuery migration, machine
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks; clarify scope, assign ownership, establish next steps
• Manage capacity, resources, and backlogs across teams; prioritize initiatives based on business
• Establish and maintain the operating framework, including monthly business reviews, quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or machine learning within
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing specialists, managers, and team leads.
• Previous experience as a Chief Data Officer, Deputy CDO, Head of Data, or Head of Analytics is
• Strong ambition and readiness to grow into a CDO role.
• Broad understanding of data and research functions including analytics, A/B testing, ML lifecycles
• Deep practical expertise in at least one major data domain.
