Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), Operations

📋 Description

• Support the COP in overall project management, strategic planning, annual work planning, budgeting
• Lead and supervise SETU's operations and finance functions, including finance and accounting
• Directly supervise and provide leadership to the Finance Manager and other operations staff and
• Establish, maintain, and continuously strengthen project operational systems, internal controls
• Oversee project financial management in coordination with the Finance Manager and Home Office
• Support the financial and operational requirements associated with SETU's Food for Progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience managing operations, finance
• Demonstrated experience managing complex project operations encompassing multiple functions such as
• Prior experience with USDA, USAID, or other U.S. Government funded programs required; direct USDA
• Demonstrated experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary operations and finance teams and
• Experience establishing or strengthening project systems, internal controls, policies, procedures
