Deputy Controller

📋 Description

• Lead corporate accounting functions including GL, close, payroll, tax, AP/AR
• Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS and usage-based contracts
• Establish and improve internal controls, policies, and financial reporting
• Partner with FP&A and Legal for multi-entity tax compliance
• Drive financial systems automation and LLM-based billing tools
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting and cap table

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
• Revenue recognition expertise in enterprise software and SaaS
• Experience in complex multinational accounting leadership
• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and audit
• Proven systems implementation and process improvement
• Big 4 experience and CPA strongly preferred
