Deputy Director

📋 Description

• Coach and lead the Workforce Center team
• Develop and implement strategies to focus on performance objectives in daily operations
• Implement and oversee a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer
• Assist management in addressing administrative needs and supervise day-to-day operations
• Assist Project Director and Fiscal Team on budget preparation and ongoing fiscal monitoring
• Represent the Workforce Centers in local, State and National forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business, Education or Human Resource field or equivalent
• Progressive responsibilities in management and workforce development program operations
• Strong business knowledge of fiscal operations and performance measurement
• Prior experience as a senior staff member in Workforce Development
• Experience in training/coaching and mentoring
• Top level project management, organizational, personnel, problem solving and data analysis skills
