📋 Description

• Advise the Chief Legal & Admin Officer and exec team on legal and risk matters.
• Partner with leaders to identify and mitigate regulatory and business risks.
• Lead and scale the legal function to support fast growth.
• Oversee drafting, negotiation, and management of key contracts.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across the company.
• Collaborate with finance, ops, and gov affairs on strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 12+ years of legal experience in-house or at a top firm.
• Strong business acumen with startup infrastructure exposure.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of regulatory, governance, and risk management.
• Ability to scale processes, policies, and teams.
