📋 Description

• Set the strategy for the Legal Department and its matters.
• Advise on governance, risk management, and key business initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day Legal Department operations and team.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve research, drafting, and knowledge management.
• Translate complex legal issues into practical, business-focused guidance.
• Strengthen legal operations, governance, and workflows to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant legal experience, incl 5+ years in-house.
• Deep experience advising leadership on strategic legal, governance, risk management.
• Broad corporate generalist experience: governance, commercial transactions.
• Curiosity about AI and openness to AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with B2B and B2C platforms, e-commerce, or subscriptions.
• Experience counseling companies with international operations and regulatory issues preferred.
