📋 Description

• Develop and advance a best-in-class regulatory strategy in the US and across the Americas
• Engage directly with regulators and business counterparties as a key point of contact for OKX, as
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives based on proactive, timely, actionable
• Lead and manage attorneys covering various Americas regions so that legal efforts are coordinated

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills, and excellent judgment.
• Self-starter who can contribute as both an individual and a team member, with limited reliance upon
• Membership with a US state bar or equivalent.
• 12+ years of regulatory experience dealing with financial services laws and regulations in a
• Prior experience can be in-house at a regulated financial firm or in the crypto industry
• Experience driving projects to completion on expedited timelines.
