📋 Description

• Act as key legal advisor for institutional business, trading, and P2P.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues for institutional clients.
• Manage legal risk for digital assets used by institutions and on P2P.
• Collaborate with product/business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Align new products and initiatives with regulatory requirements.
• Develop policies governing institutional and P2P operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a law degree and be eligible to practice.
• 7+ years experience as senior lawyer in a top firm, digital assets firm, or bank.
• Proven track record in top-tier firm or in-house, with institutional trading experience.
• Experience negotiating lending/credit and custody agreements a plus.
• Experience drafting playbooks and fallback guides a plus.
• Excellent drafting/communication; independent, detail-oriented; works under pressure.
