Deputy Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a multi-disciplinary IT service delivery team across the program.
• Oversee contract performance, staffing, SLAs, and meetings.
• Act as acting Program Manager when required; liaison with Prime Contractor.
• Develop strategic plans and drive regional growth and improvements.
• Monitor metrics, ensure deliverables are high quality and timely.
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and risk/compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• PMP or PgMP; ITIL preferred.
• 3+ years of program leadership experience.
• Secret clearance to start.
• Proven leadership across diverse teams; strong comms.
• Experience with federal contracting, FAR, SBA; IT service delivery.
