Deputy Program Manager

📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and engineering support activities.
• Lead on-site execution and coordinate shop, engineering, AIT, logistics, quality, safety, and government interface.
• Serve as senior liaison with internal stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with funding levels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet safety standards and quality controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School Degree Required
• Licenses: Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience: 9+ years supervising air‑cushion/navy ships
• Experience: 5+ years program mgmt in navy/aviation environment
• Leadership: Lead large technical teams in high tempo ops
• Standards: Navy 3-M familiarity; J-STD‑001, IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑620; NDT
