📋 Description

Oversee post-trade workflow for OTC/ETD products
Manage settlements, reconciliations, collateral moves
Oversight of State Street Alpha for derivatives/ collateral
Lead team objectives; drive policy and system improvements
Collaborate with global partners; drive automation opportunities
Ensure regulatory/compliance standards (GIPS, SOC1, audits)

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in derivative operations
Experience leading/mentoring teams
Charles River CRIMS experience
Knowledge of equities, ETFs, FX
Derivatives: IRS, CDS, Options, TRS, FX forwards
Collateral management (ETD, cleared/uncleared OTC)
