🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales/business dev in finance, trading, or crypto with targets.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives (futures, options, perps, margin).
• Data-driven with dashboards, CRMs, and basic analytics.
• Background in business/finance/economics or related quantitative field.
• Series 3 license required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Uses AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency.
