Derivative Sales Lead

📋 Description

• Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders for Polymarket Perps
• Drive end-to-end sales: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and relationships
• Understand how high-value traders think about perps: funding, leverage, margin
• Own onboarding for your book; coordinate across product, legal, and compliance
• Represent VIP clients internally; relay feedback on product gaps and UX
• Build playbooks, templates, and onboarding materials to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing derivatives sales, VIP mgmt, or BD
• Deep familiarity with perpetual futures and how retail traders use them
• Proven ability to source and close revenue-generating clients
• Able to own a book independently with minimal existing infra
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex product
• High ownership mentality; proactive and self-driven
