Derivatives Trader

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and manage trading strategies for digital asset derivatives, including options
• Execute and manage OTC derivatives transactions for clients across digital and traditional asset
• Drive profit and loss (P&L) growth while applying disciplined risk management practices and
• Analyze derivatives pricing, market movements, liquidity, and market structure to support informed
• Build, refine, and maintain trading infrastructure, quantitative models, and operational processes
• Collaborate with quantitative and engineering teams to enhance trading systems, improve execution

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in derivatives trading, including options
• Prior sell-side derivatives trading experience at a bank is highly valued.
• Professional experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of derivatives pricing, risk management principles, financial markets, and
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial
• Coding skills and experience with quantitative modeling and data analysis using Python, R, or other
