📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot and related CRM platforms to support business
• Configure sales pipelines, automated workflows, business rules, and lifecycle processes
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, organization, and integrity of CRM data
• Track and analyze KPIs across marketing and sales including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level analyses
• Integrate HubSpot with other business applications using APIs and integration tools such as Zapier

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflow configuration
• Practical experience implementing, maintaining, or managing CRM systems
• Experience using Monday.com or similar platforms
• Understanding of sales pipelines, customer lifecycle management, lead progression, and the
• Experience analyzing business data and interpreting KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and
• Advanced knowledge of Java, with the ability to develop or maintain technical solutions supporting
