📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, following
• Implement and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled
• Create and publish Scripted REST APIs that expose ServiceNow data and functionality to external
• Document API contracts, including endpoints, payload structures, authentication requirements, and
• Monitor the availability, performance, and reliability of integrations, identifying opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a
• Strong hands-on experience developing custom applications within ServiceNow, including Scoped
• Practical experience exposing and consuming ServiceNow REST APIs, including Table API, Scripted
• Experience designing and configuring workflows with Flow Designer and legacy Workflow capabilities.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow, including Update Sets, ATF, and deployment
• Understanding of JavaScript object-oriented programming principles and design patterns as applied
