Develop and deliver training content for design control tools
Support users via ticket-based requests
Drive standardization of design control documents
Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed
Mentor on Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
3+ years technical experience, medical devices preferred
Knowledge of ISO 14971, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820
Experience with PLM systems like Agile
Skilled in Polarion or similar ALM tool
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
