Design Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end coordination of design initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows aligning roadmaps and timelines
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and design teams
• Establish and improve coordination frameworks for dependencies and escalations
• Maintain visibility into project progress with status meetings and updates
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, PM, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of design workflows and ability to communicate with design disciplines
• Experience building roadmaps, tracking risks, and dependencies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (epics, planning, ticket relationships, workflow)
