Design Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate design initiatives end-to-end, acting as the central point of contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows, aligning roadmaps, priorities, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and design teams on scope and requirements.
• Establish coordination frameworks for cross-team dependencies and escalations.
• Maintain visibility into progress via status meetings, reports, and leadership updates.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in project coordination, program management, design operations, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, PM, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of design workflows and effective communication with design disciplines.
• Proven experience building roadmaps, tracking risks, and managing dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira (epics/planning/workflows) and Confluence.
