📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end coordination of design initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows; align roadmaps, resources, and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications; align scope and requirements.
• Establish and improve coordination frameworks for dependencies and escalations.
• Maintain project visibility via status meetings, reports, and updates.
• Analyze workflows to reduce bottlenecks and boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in project coordination, program management, or design ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, PM, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in matrix orgs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Jira (epics, planning) and Confluence.
• Practical experience implementing RACI frameworks.
• Experience leading status meetings and reporting to leadership.
