Design Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end coordination of design initiatives; central contact for requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows; align roadmaps, priorities, resources, timelines.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and design teams; align scope.
• Establish coordination frameworks for cross-team dependencies and escalations.
• Maintain project visibility via status meetings, reports, and leadership updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in project coordination, program management, or design ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, PM, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira (epics, planning, tickets) and Confluence.
• Experience building roadmaps, tracking risks, dependencies across teams.
• Familiarity with design processes (discovery, handoffs, reviews) and Agile/Scrum.
