Design Coordinator

📋 Description

• Proactively support designers by taking ownership of assigned tasks and executing them
• Anticipate team needs, identify outstanding action items, and follow through without requiring
• Coordinate sample ordering, vendor communication, material sourcing, inventory management, and
• Maintain organized physical and digital design resources, ensuring materials and information are
• Manage multiple concurrent priorities while proactively communicating progress, identifying
• Play an active role in integrating design workflows, specifications, finish schedules, and product

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in design coordination, interior design support, project coordination
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow tasks through to completion
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset—you don't wait to be told what needs to
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems and apply that knowledge independently
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, process improvement, and working within evolving digital
