Design Desk Engineer

📋 Description

• Own design requests from initial review through final documentation
• Translate client requirements and vCIO strategies into solution architectures
• Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), workplans, and related documentation
• Evaluate proposed solutions for technical accuracy, feasibility, supportability, and scope alignment
• Review incoming requests for completeness and identify missing information
• Validate relevant environment details

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, server infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and
• Experience in solution architecture, technical design, scoping, and implementation planning
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into proposals and workplans
• Ability to challenge recommendations and validate AI-assisted outputs
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
