📋 Description

• Lead the design of sophisticated digital experiences from concept to final execution.
• Design large-scale websites, digital products, design systems, and connected experiences.
• Translate complex systems, content, and workflows into intuitive UX.
• Prototype, explore, and iterate to rapidly test concepts.
• Partner with strategists, writers, technologists, and producers to shape integrated experiences.
• Mentor designers through collaboration, feedback, and creative leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing digital products, websites, or ecosystems in agency/consultancy.
• Portfolio showing exceptional visual craft with strong UX and systems thinking.
• Experience leading design of large-scale websites, digital platforms, or design systems.
• Ability to simplify complex user needs into intuitive experiences.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with strategists, researchers, writers, developers, and producers.
