• Lead a high performing team to develop brand systems and design solutions for a global audience

• Drive decision-making and workflows to improve performance and quality
• Lead with vision, influencing Marketing, Product and Leadership to develop holistic brand systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in design, building consumer brands globally
• 7+ years of people management experience coaching and developing team members
• Experience leading with creative vision, purpose and innovation
• Experience driving brand solutions to business problems
• Experience building portfolio brands and brand architecture
• Experience across integrated design: traditional, product, packaging, retail, experiential
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; can develop strategy-to-execution presentations
• Expert with creative tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro
