Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect scalable backend services and APIs for design tools and AI models.
• Develop agentic workflows and orchestration layers for NL UI generation.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and zero-config dev environments for designers.
• Design and maintain data architecture connecting design systems to AI data.
• Create internal tools and plugins for Figma and Cursor; build design apps.
• Bridge engineering, AI research, and product design for secure, performant tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering with strong backend/full-stack focus.
• Experience building scalable internal services, not just UIs.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and AI protocols (e.g., MCP).
• Experience with cloud infra, feature flags, GitHub Enterprise, and automated deployments.
• Strong understanding of Figma plugin architecture and programmatic design data.
• Nice to have: Roblox development, Lua/React-Lua, or game-engine UI.
• Nice to have: ASTs, compiler logic, or automated code generation.
