Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and ship product experiences.
• Lead design across our platform product with two other design engineers.
• Build with modern tools: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Bridge design & code: translate concepts into interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, growth, and product leads from concept to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a high-growth startup.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and end-to-end ownership.
• Strong prototyping fluency across interaction, visual detail, and motion.
• Track record building internal tooling or systems that uplift teams.
• Exceptional visual craft with typography, hierarchy, and UI.
• Willing to work 4 days a week in SF HQ or relocate.
