📋 Description

• Design structural components for residential and commercial projects (US market).
• Develop drawings and models for wooden residential buildings, steel structures, framing systems.
• Apply multifamily framing, load calculations, beam loads, and frame sizing.
• Create concept plans, detailed designs, and documentation.
• Use Advance Steel and AutoCAD for drawings and models.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, US codes, and project specs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in structural design (US residential/commercial).
• Strong knowledge of US residential/commercial structural design practices.
• Proficiency with Advance Steel and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of wooden residential structures and steel drawings/systems.
• Knowledge of multifamily framing, load calculations, beam sizing, shear walls, foundations, lateral
