Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Build websites as systems of reusable blocks and templates.
• Prepare CMS data structures and migrations that power sites.
• Create interactions, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Collaborate with designers to bring interactions to life.
• Use agentic AI tools daily to speed up repetitive work.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as Front-End Engineer or Design Engineer.
• Semantic HTML, modern CSS, and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with React and Next.js, building reusable component systems.
• Experience implementing interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Experience with Payload CMS and/or WordPress, including content modeling.
• Fluency with agentic AI tools (Claude Code or Cursor) in workflow.
