📋 Description

• Lead and develop a small team of designers, setting the creative bar and providing regular feedback
• Own end to end creative execution for co-branded card programs, from initial brief through final
• Lead client facing creative presentations, listening to partner feedback, presenting options, and
• Translate partner briefs into card designs, program toolkits, and visual systems that reflect brand
• Build production ready mechanicals for card manufacturing, ensuring files meet the specialized
• Manage program level creative thinking across card design, digital wallet, and app contexts, for

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in brand or print design, with a strong portfolio showing end to end
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers, even informally, with a genuine interest in
• Proven ability to present and defend creative work to clients or stakeholders, articulating design
• Strong understanding of print production, including how to prepare and build mechanicals for
• Experience operating at a program level, understanding how a single design asset connects to a
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate feedback into actionable creative
