Design Lead (Expert)

📋 Description

• Define and lead the overall UX/UI strategy across web and native mobile experiences, ensuring a
• Establish and govern enterprise-level design-system tokens, components, interaction patterns, and
• Oversee critical e-commerce journeys, including Single Page Checkout, Product Detail Pages, search
• Partner with executives, product owners, engineering leaders, and other stakeholders to align
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning, and other alignment activities across
• Validate concepts through usability testing, research, and data-driven UX rationale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional digital product design experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead
• Proven experience leading design for complex e-commerce, retail, or omnichannel ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in e-commerce conversion optimization, including checkout, product detail pages
• Demonstrated ability to create, scale, and govern enterprise design systems using design tokens
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including variables, auto-layout, advanced prototyping
• Strong understanding of frontend capabilities and constraints across modern web storefronts and
